InvisiYouth Term’s of Use

InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation is a 501(c) nonprofit organization that helps teens and young adults around the world with various chronic illnesses and disabilities gain the right lifestyle programs, empowerment tools and fun resources to keep living life with any health struggles. With InvisiYouth, older youth (or our “medically adult-ish™” youth as we call them) are motivated in all the non-medical aspects of life with any illness, visible or invisible, and have access to resources and platforms so they can have joy, success and thrive in their diverse lives.

These Terms of Use apply to your usage and access to our website, online resources, shop, programs, etc, provided by InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation.  By clicking your consent (ex: “sign up,” “view” “contact us”) or other buttons/hyperlinks, or by utilizing our programs and resources, you agree to these Terms and understanding of the Privacy Policy details that are listed below.

Personal Health of Users and InvisiYouth Rules

 InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation is a lifestyle improvement and activism nonprofit and does not solicit medical advice. Any examples, ideas, surgeries, treatments, medical plans, medications, tools, etc. mentioned within the site or any resource or program under InvisiYouth Charity should be consulted by a medical professional prior to personal use. InvisiYouth does not employ medical professionals to provide medical guidance or healthcare; all InvisiYouth assists is the non-medical aspect of life. InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation’s resources and programs are not to be used in place of personal health care treatment(s). By using our site and our programs and/or resources, you acknowledge that InvisiYouth does not provide any medical care, aid or healthcare and/or guidance. The organization does not engage in diagnostics or medical advice and will always encourage the desired guidance you are looking for to seek counsel beyond our realm of expertise and speak to your medical professional(s). Our resources, such as our podcast shows, may showcase the experiences of other individuals and/or organizations and those opinions and suggestions may not reflect the viewpoint of InvisiYouth, Charity, Corporation. Again, they are not intended to take the place or proper health care and physical/mental health care for an individual.  You are solely responsible for your own health care and accept responsibility for your actions, and you release InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation of any liability in your personal wellbeing and physical/mental health.

The resources and programs created by InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation, available on our website including, but not limited to, InvisiYouth Chat Sessions, InvisiYouth Galaxy Glossary, IYCS: Audio Flash Files, InvisiYouth Digital Life Guidesheets, Galaxy Hub by InvisiYouth, etc, are created by the organization and they have creative ownership of their resources and programs. Again, the organization, its staff, volunteers and board members can be involved in our work and they strictly provided expressed opinions of the individual(s) and InvisiYouth does not offer any claims of a guaranteed individual(s’) experience(s) when utilizing or reviewing the website and/or its resources and programs. In present and future, InvisiYouth Charity, its board, staff, directors, etc, will not be liable for any damages of any kind, personal or legal, that arise for your connected and or usage of InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation’s programs, and resources, including but not limited to the ones mentioned above.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site or external sites administered by InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We also encourage all comments to remain positive and to note engage in online negativity or bullying with others or the organization to maintain a healthy virtual atmosphere.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

All photos on our website, and the digital designs on our site/external sites are created and have ownership and control of InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation. Repurposing our graphics or photographs without contacting the organization for approval of use goes again this policy and we can contact you to stop using our likeness or digital designs.

Rights, Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation is its own organization and all concepts, resources, programs, activism, news articles, digital designs, podcasts, videos, etc, are owned solely by InvisiYouth. By viewing our site or external sites and/or resources, you do not have stake and/or claim of ownership. Our site is a public domain website and our organization cannot control who looks at the site at all times. Our services and organization are protected by trademark and other US laws and these terms do not grant you the right, title or interest in our services, logo, name, branding, programming, etc.  While feedback is always welcome, once submitted, we may use thee feedback for any purpose in our discretion without any obligation to you.

The website, its entire contents, and all sites in connection to InvisiYouth Charity, Corporation, are owned by InvisiYouth Charity and are protected by United States and international laws. These Terms of Use permit you to use the website for personal usage only and you must not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, publicly display, etc any of the material on our website. Beyond the suggested download of some resources for personal use, and/or printing copies for personal, non-commercial usage.
